The following is a description of the most meta and god tier boosters. All of these are practically mandatory to get a world record.

Just wow... what can I even say about this amazing booster.
Bringing it is always a fantastic decision as it will help motivate you to keep speedrunning more than anything else.
It's especially effective when paired with the presence of Evol and his motivating incantations.
To take your motivation to an even higher level consider pairing this with one of the bangers from Clark's amazing playlists!
¶ Flexible Reinforcement Budget
Definitely mandatory to bring this along with Motivational Shocks for any halfway decent world record.
Some people hate it on it but what they don't realize is that it's actually an S tier pick because it allows you to have infinite reinforcements a whole 12 seconds faster.
And in speedrunning you know that every second counts, so with that being said you should always bring this booster.
This is also the preferred booster of "Democracy" Officer Canis (not muscle as some might think) so you know its good just based on that alone!
¶ Increased Reinforcement Budget
Not as good as the Flexible Reinforcement Budget, but it can be made extremely powerful by pairing them together.
You especially want to bring this booster when playing with Asian Driver and you see him bring the Incendiary Mines, Tesla Tower, and Orbital 380mm HE Barrage.
¶ UAV Recon Booster
It is true that this booster does not work with pings from Scout armor, and that it only gives you an extra 15 meters radar vision.
But this booster will light up your map like a christmas tree! And who doesn't love Christmas??
Also it's the preferred booster of TrashPanda, which should speak for itself on selling you this booster.
¶ Localization Confusion
Probably the worst of the god tier boosters, but still decent.
The extra 20 seconds between Automaton drops on 
10 | Super Helldive is incredibly helpful, even if you just end up baiting them all off the objective anyway.
In a way you could think of this booster as the ultimate convenience tool since you have to bait Automaton drops less frequently with it equipped.
